  • Credit Cards

Paying for your order by credit card is now one of the smartest decisions you'll ever make. You can avoid rising COD charges, and you won't have to wait around with a check for USPS or UPS. We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If the package has already been paid for, UPS may leave it for you, (check with your driver). USPS and UPS requires a signature on all packages, so let us know if you may not be there to accept your shipment. .
 

  • Payments

We use Paypal for all our transactions in our electronic store system. If you placed an order by email, we will send you a Paypal invoice to your e-mail address. .
 

  • Returns and exchanges

To return or exchange a product, send it to the address below. You will be given credit upon receipt of the material. When exchanging a product, return the product and place a new order. A Return Authorization Number is not required. Idea Design Studio, Inc. 8562 NW 56th StreetDoral FL 33166.
 

  • Refused Delivery or Undeliverable Packages

Absolutely no orders will be shipped to any account with a ledger balance over 60 days. 1½% per month will be added to all open balances over 45 days.
 

  • Short Shipments & Damages

We must be notified within 48 hours of any discrepancy with an order. If a package is received damaged, email us to info@ideadsudio.com. We will assist you with whatever action needs to be taken. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All packing materials and the carton MUST be saved for the carrier to inspect or they will not pay the claim.

 

  • Shipping & Returns Policy

Idea Design Studio, Inc. will strive to process and ship your goods within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond Idea's control including demand exceeding availability. Except as provided below, our standard shipping policy applies .

 

  • Shipping Details

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day. All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS Standard Ground. Please note that a physical address is required for all shipments. UPS will not deliver to a PO box or APO addresses. Standard Ground Shipping Schedules. (Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.) Shipping available in the 48 continental United States and international by request.

 

  • Product Availability

Idea Design Studio always tries to ship all items on your order, however sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we're processing your order, we'll let you know by sending you an email .

 

  • Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please follow the instructions below to receive a product refund.

  1.  Please email info@ideadstudio.com and include your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the items. We will give you instructions to retrieve and print the postage for shipping the returned items.

  2. Please re-pack the products in its original box and packaging. Include the attached form.

  3. Affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

  4. Drop off return package at your local USPS or UPS facility to schedule a pick up.
